Nice comfortable rooms and beds. Good shower in Bathroom. The restaurant, bar and lobby get busy and have a nice vibe! Lots of parking.

We did not get refills daily on creamer and coffee, had to ask for these!

Nice, front desk staff was pleasant.

1. No hot water! I asked the front desk twice. Both times they stated it was repaired. However, at most, it was lukewarm warm water, making for a miserable shower. 2. Renovations in the room next door; too much noise. 3. Way too early in the morning cleaning staff banging on doors yelling “housekeeping.” On a Saturday morning one doesn’t want to be woken up early by someone banging the door.

The Starbucks was nice

The room was small, no luggage carts were available, the pool and hot tub were not clean, our toilet didn’t flush properly, the water pressure was terrible, the hallway smelled funny.

Loved the tiled floor with the carpeting at the bedside. Loved the mirror with the built in light. Shower was HUGE. Mirror fridge was clutch. Ambience of downstairs enviro was awesome. Gym was nicely designed.

Two dogs barking down the hall were a concern. I could barely hear them, but I heard another patron express disdain for the situation.
