I did not eat breakfast the location was great for the activity i drove for my family it was nine minutes away. However the room 335 did not have any hot water the entire stay for $390 and on the last day 1 hour before check out. I was offered another room down the hall to check out. The front desk did not accommodate my family at all offered one bed for a family of 3. Who stays in a hotel and can not shower. They gave a $25 credit

No hot water for two day one hour before check out on March 31st they have a room to shower i emailed the general manager and still no response.. this is not the Marriott chain im use to. I will never use this chain again. Hilton only in the future

Breakfast was passable...good coffee. When checking out it was very confusing because we had to leave early and the woman helping us either wasn't sure of or didn't know how to take care of us leaving early. In any event when I called the next morning I spoke to someone else who explained to me how I was being charged

Breakfast...maybe we got there late. However it was mediocre

The front desk staff was knowledgeable and courteous, the location was convenient for my trip, and the high ceilings in our room made it feel spacious. The shower toiletries are good quality and smell nice.

Housekeeping knocked on our door not once, not twice, but three times before check out time during our one night stay which was both disruptive and stressful. The pool and hot tub have been out of commission since March (we stayed end of October) and that is very much not mentioned online. Our keys stopped working after each time we used them so we had to keep going to the lobby every time to get back in our room. There was very loud music/partying happening until 2:45 am that the hotel didn’t control or compensate for.

Great place! Not only it was nice but also very clean (very), rooms are comfortable and spacious, people very kind and breakfast was stupendous. I traveled with my family and definitely I would choose it again.

Everything was above of what I was expecting

It’s summertime. It was about 90 degrees outside. The pool should have been ready for the guests to enjoy!I booked this hotel because it had a pool. I didn’t see that it was closed until after I booked.

I was charged twice

The payment method sucks… There was a deposit of $250 USD mentioned on the front desk whereas they charged $301USD and on top of that there were multiple transactions from the hotel on my credit card bill. I have already pre-paid while booking through booking.com still these multiple transactions(few are posted too) are stressful. Booking.com mentioned that they will look into it. Hoping for the best!
