The location was exactly where we wanted it to be. Many places to eat and shop.

Maybe think about upgrading the mattress and pillows, pillows were to flat.

Everything were great actually my first time in this area but me and my family really enjoyed our weekend

Muy mala atención por parte de una recepcionista durante los 6 días de hospedaje . Cobraron cada paquete que recibimos de Amazon Cobraron el Parqueo algo nunca visto Nunca habíamos tenido nada de esto en otro hoteles Residence inn , era como estar en otra cadena de hotel

The breakfast was normal just like the other Hotels, simple. There should be something that set it aside from the norm, change it up with different cultural breakfast through the week, Love the front desk snacks.

The pool area and the basket ball section was a let down. Would be great to have some sort of entertainment. Rooms should be clean did not like having seen dirt still same spot after complaining and still was not cleaned up after second cleaning. Room was dusty, carpets can be shampoo, a little bit more bright earth colors can be added. everything so dark.

Tv wasn't working in one of the rooms. Telephone wasn't working.

I had ants all over my room, around my bed and on the side tables. Had no food in the room with me. Told the front desk and all I got was “I’m sorry”.

Very clean and friendly staff !

The room was great. The internet in the room was very good

The staff that I met were dismissive st times especially at evenings and nights. It's like they did not want to bothered. The internet was not working outside of the room including the lobby. Hope some of the staff get an attitude adjustment.

It was close to home

Some things in the bedroom were dusty , the ac unit was inside the bedroom which was extremely loud.Why do u still have popcorn ceilings.I felt sharp things in the rug in the living room area.The bathroom door if not closed will block you from getting to the sink.The design doesn’t make sense.It’s overpriced Anytime of the day the front desk clerks are never there you literally have to call them so they can stop watching tv from the back.That is a real safety issue anyone can walk in when they feel like it.On my last day I tried to bring my things down to the car a few hours before check out and they already deactivated my card.I was locked out of my room and luckily my kids were there to let me in. Not a safe or smart thing to do.

Breakfast and hospitality from workers. Everyone was super friendly. When I needed extra towels it was not a problem. I would stay again.

The hotel was great. My only unpleasant experience was being judged by this older racist lady who requested not to be put next to me. We had no prior interactions except me smiling at her and saying hello to her when I walked into the lobby. It left me feeling some type of way and had me aware of my surroundings during my stay. Other than that the staff, rooms and location is great.
