Very comfortable beds and pillows... Clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE AND TASTY, BUT BACON WAS LITERY IN A POOL OF OIL...

No cold water... Ice and water tasted like chlorine. Shower and bathroom sink had only warm and hot water... NO COLD!!!

The room was large, clean, the breakfast was excellent. Was extremely quiet, no traffic noise of loud neighbors.

The jacuzzi was broken. Walk in rail was very loose. My husband almost fell because it swung to the sides when we got in. Pool needs a up grade. Inside walls and floors were all pealing. Very nasty.

Not much. The staff was friendly when we checked in but that was about it.

The hotel in general was run down and not as clean or nice as I would have expected, especially considering how expensive it was. The bathtub didn’t drain well so we had to shower in 3” of water. There were several burnt out light bulbs in our room. They only provided 2 towels for a 4 person room. I asked for the sheets on one of the beds to be changed and it wasn’t done. They didn’t clean rooms unless you were there for 3 or more days but didn’t tell us that until I asked about why our room wasn’t done. They didn’t have anywhere that we could fill up water bottles, the water cooler in the “fitness room” wasn’t working so they said we could purchase a water bottle for $1 because they didn’t recommend the tap water. Just a lot of little things that added up to a pretty disappointing experience over all. I would not recommend and will not be staying there again.

Showed up late and couldn’t check in due to system problems. Front desk employee was unable to do anything. Forced to look for another hotel at midnight.

Breakfast was fine for kids, needed more protein for myself.

The fitness room was not quite in working order, older machines or just not functional.

the only positive about this hotel was the staff. they were nice

everything!! the hotel is outdated and is in the midst of being remodeled. the pool smelled like feces and the chemicals were off. the FD staff knew it and didn’t seem concerned. Our room had significant signs of prior guests! For what we paid for this hotel, there should not have been the cleanliness issues we had!! There was a ton of hair in the bathroom, urine all over the toilet and floor. Found an unmarked orange pill under the desk and floors were not vacuumed, I took the found items to the GM and she just asked for the room number & apologized! trash cans had earwax covered Qtips in it & mirrors covered in who knows what. the trash cans looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months!! The mattresses were clean, but the bedding had blood stains and make up on them! took them down and gave them to the GM. she brought up new ones. The “free breakfast” was only waffles, bagels/biscuits/cereal and yogurt! I wish this hotel luck…we unfortunately will not ever stay there again nor recommend it.

Pool hours

Was given a dirty room at checkin then transferred to another room where at least the bathroom and bed were clean but the chair was unusable as it was cover in very visible grime. Elevator had no permit and didnt seem to work right either. Front desk staf was rude at check was not given ectra pillow or blanket per request prior to check in at any point furing our stay. Soap was still in shower from previous guest and pubic hair on shower wall was disgusting at checkin

doing remodeling. the whole 3rd floor where we were doors were open furniture lined up along the walls., construction crew was working. saw a homeless guy get kicked out of one of the rooms being renovated the next morning which was very unsettling.

location is perfect for a quick night off I-90

It's nice and quiet

Our first room had hair all over the shower wall and the tub did not drain. They moved us to another room and there was food all over the floor along the base of the beds. I've stayed here several times as I make this trip often and never had issues before. I guess I'll have to start looking for a different hotel for next time.

Nothing because I didn't go and tried to cancel before 4pm but from 3:30 to 4, no one answered the phone to get your email in time!!! I ended up staying at another one of your properties in a different city. I am disabled and cannot afford to pay for your lack of customer service.
