Great location
We needed extra pillows for the pull out sofa bed but no one was available to get us any. If you have an extra bed in the room you should provide extra pillows.

The room was filthy - cobwebs and dead bugs all over the window sill. The shower was so disgusting with stains and old soap we were not comfortable using it, and the toilet was so short we used the lobby bathroom. We were extremely disappointed with this hotel and will probably not return to a courtyard Marriott in the future.

The location and the coffee shop in the morning...Cafe was supposed to be open I. The eve.ing but was only open 1 night of our stay
We came in and our first room was nasty, got our second room the desk chair was broken and the other chair was gross.. The bedding was stained and the shower was yellow and had pink grossest in the corners. The shower also leaked. Our room was not cleaned any of the 4 days we were there even when we went to the front desk and asked.. When I did go to talk to them about the room, I was told , "that is really frustrating " tp which I responded more like gross. The pool area is not well maintained and needs some upgrading. I will choose a different hotel next time I come to town.

The air conditioner wasn’t working only air blown from the fan. Fortunately it wasn’t hot summer but sleeping was warmer than I would have liked.

Location was good
My reservation was bumped to a room I think time forgot. I had reserved a King room, got a dark corner 2 queen room. The bathroom toilet made noises and there was a distinct sewer smell that woke me the night of my last day. The noise from the outside door to the property was constantly banging up against the wall that was my room. Just not a good stay.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. nice towels and breakfast was ok but a bit expensive.
would have been nice to know that they are under a renovation. The indoor pool was too cold and the room too hot. we had to sleep with window open and it’s a noisy area. we asked the front desk to have it checked but no one came to fix it.

the property was great, well kept and rooms were renovated nicely.
the breakfast and coffee options ended by 9:30 am which we thought was a bit too early. also the access to the back parking was dirty outside with beer cans and trash laying around.
