The amount they actually charged to my card was about 40 dollars more than what i signed for. Thats called theft where i come from. The staff was unproffessional to the extreme. And lastly: why do they need a motion sensor in the room?

The lady at the front window was very nice and helpful

The fact that this is mostly a long term living facility for some really sketchy people that are up to no good. I may not be able to prove what's going on in that building, but I know what's going on in that building. The pictures on the website look nothing like the rooms. The rooms are disgusting, grimy dirty, the walls haven't been wiped off for years, holes drilled in the walls for hanging hooks etc. Just a really nasty disgusting facility that no one cares to pay attention to detail and clean the rooms the proper way a room should be cleaned.

during my stay some days the water was dark brown when I would turn it on and it would take like 3-4 minutes until it was clear again I was scared to use the water ☹️. Also there where a lot of baby roaches all over my room and the restroom

Parking for big trucks in front. Looks like a lot different individuals from all walks of life travel through here. Once I got up to the room the toilet seat was dirty. I couldn’t trust that the room had been cleaned. I grabbed cleaning wipes from car to wipe down all touch points.

the front desk lady was very nice about switching our room to a room with 2 beds instead of one.

the room was very dirty- toenails under the bed, handprints on the wall, rubble on the bed frame, cigarette burns on the counter, dirty drips on the wall, room smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free room, floor wasn’t swept at all, holes in the wall, stains on the mattress and dog hair on the mattress pad

I like the value, clean efficient room

there were to many large dogs and people could not control them. they should be only on the first floor. I saw some people whoo w would not get on the elevator with them.

The hotel had long term guests or people living at the hotel. I felt unsafe and the hotel was located in an unsafe area

There was nobody at the front desk at check in. Made us wait for 20 minutes. Finally got our key and went to the room, to find the bed had stains of some sort of brown stuff. Ended up leaving.

good location and takes dogs

felt like a flop house. hallway carpets were hideously dirty. bed actually had squeaky springs in it and the frame was super cheap. the air conditioner didn’t respond very well - but worked well. needed it to block the noise from the other rooms.

The staff was friendly

I didn’t like being charged an extra $25.00 for my pets to stay. I didn’t like that the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. I didn’t like discovering cockroaches in my room. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have staff after 9:00 pm on site. I didn’t like sleeping in my vehicle because I couldn’t stay in a vermin infested room. I don’t like not having my money refunded for a room I couldn’t sleep in. I will never stay at woodspring again
