It has a wonderful location, the staff was extremely efficient and attentive. My room was ready literally when I walked in

No microwave in the room. After traveling for 9 hours didn't feel like driving to get something to eat.

Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious.

Room & cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was good but not refilled by the time I came downstairs.

Room said it came with a microwave but it didn't have one which was disappointing to me.

they don’t clean your room every day if you’re staying beyond one day. I would have at least liked clean towels left.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was plentiful and there were many items from which to choose.

There were only small bowls available on the breakfast bar which made it difficult to all but impossible to put much food on the plate, and what I was able to get all ran together. After I had fixed my plate I observed a couple to people ask the attendant if there were larger plates available. Turn out there was, but for whatever reason she kept them hidden under the counter. If you didn't know to ask, you wouldn't get one. Didn't make sense, nor did it seem very customer friendly to me.

The staff were so kind and helpful . They were all very friendly. Special thanks to Samantha who brought us cotton/ foam pillows for our room. She had excellent customer service. The breakfast was excellent also.
