Friendly staff and excellent water pressure in the shower.

The hot/cold on the sink was the opposite (left was cold and right was hot) and that was a little odd.

Nice staff

Endless problems at the front desk with our reservation. It should have been quick and easy to check in and out, and both were plagued by problems on their end/their booking system and technology. Ten minutes after arriving to our room after 12 hours of driving, there is a knock at our door that announced itself as front desk only after we asked. This person stated that our card had declined and we needed to return to the front desk. When we arrived at the front desk, that individual stated that our card had not actually declined, but that their system wasn’t authorized to run the same card you reserve with for incidentals also, so they needed a card for incidentals. They should have asked for that upon checkin and never should have claimed that the card was declined. They also stated they had called our room twice about this, and we hadn’t answered. Upon returning to our room, we discovered that the room had no phone! So I don’t know who they were calling but it wasn’t us. At 4am the alarm on the clock radio woke us up, having been set by a previous guest and not checked by housekeeping to be turned off. At checkout, we were informed there was a problem with their own system that meant they hadn’t been able to charge the card with which we reserved, and that we needed to pay again. Concerned about a double charge, we asked for a paper receipt and never got one because there was a problem with their printer and we were unable to wait for it to print. I can say that the room was clean, but that’s the positive. All in all disappointing and a hassle in multiple ways when we just needed an easy restful place to sleep between very long days of driving. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay at a Fairfield Inn again.

Was so nice to relax in the pool and jacuzzi. Room was clean nice linens. Breakfast was a nice surprise with the array of choices. Staff was very pleasant. They had things you could buy to eat if you didn't want to go out. Would recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was well stocked. I cannot say enough good things about the staff- they were kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to the airport.

The tv had some great channels, but so many sports channels.
