no fridge in room and no shuttle

Property was clean and had many useful amenities.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

It was the perfect location for where we were visiting. The hotel is on what is called the restaurant road in Mesquite. With many restaurants to choose from in less than a 3 mile radius. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast area was nice with coffee and light breakfast items every morning. Easy to get to and away from. We enjoyed it a lot. Will definitely be going back here.

It was all good no issues at all!

Staff was great, breakfast was good, rooms were spacious, and beds were comfy.

They were currently under some renovations. This is not bad nor did it truly inconvenience me but if I had to give something bad it'd be that.

Cleanliness of hotel. The light in my room was full of dead bugs. The pool water was also freezing cold. You can tell the carpets haven’t been cleaned good in a long time.

The location.

The staff was not very friendly, I had booked a king suite and they gave me a normal room. When I asked for an upgrade to my original room I had booked they said no and that they couldn't do anything about it.

It was clean and close to things like food and shopping stores

The pool wasn’t open or at least my key didn’t work for the pool. We had to wait for trash and dirty towels in the room for 2 days

The staff was very helpful and understanding of our needs.

That the pool was located on the first floor by the elevator the smell of chlorine was too much for me.
