The beds and pillows were comfortable, and seemed to be clean.

There was a $100 deposit required, that I missed in the fine print. So beware. the interior lock was missing on my door. Our towels were stained. And you could hear traffic from the room. Breakfast options are minimal. I traveled with my kids and did not feel comfortable.

The breakfast was good, waffles were delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby was very well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hallways aren't clean. Actually I was worried about the quality of our stay based on the condition of the hallways (floors dirty and not vacuumed, the hallways were stinky smelling). Also, I was expecting a little more protein available for Friday morning breakfast. The options were packaged pastries, cereal with milk, or waffles. While the waffles were delicious and the cereal was good, a good protein option was definitely needed. (Eggs, sausage, etc)

Things that need attention are: Outdoor entrances did not lock, windows older, breakfast very limited, and Elevator did not work.

The rooms were clean and nice which is important to me. Great price for the value. The housekeepers were also nice during my stay. They made sure my room was restocked with everything that I needed.

Wasn’t very clean. Booked this place based on previous reviews so maybe I just got unlucky. Found previous guest socks in the “freshly” made bed. Bathroom towels had stains all over them. Floor was covered in previous guests hairs. Just overall not clean.

Very clean. Nothing fancy. Beds were good. Lighting was very good. Loved the table on wheels. We had a late dinner in the room. Being able to move the table, with one chair, we were able to use the bed for the second chair.

Breakfast was very minimal. Juice was very watery.

I didn’t like that the ac unit was leaking puddles of water and the bath tub made a lot of noise every time you move and also I didn’t like that there was people smoking on a nonsmoking floor

The lobby was disorganized and the floors of the lobby and elevator were not clean (sticky). Hardly any breakfast choices available.

The owner gave away a reserved first floor handicap room for my mother. The owner also lied about his service staff having all gone home. We needed to check out a day earlier than anticipated and the owner was not accommodating. Quality is a gross misnomer for this hotel.

Friendly receptionist which doubled as the waffle batter maker. Microwave and Frig in room. Clean in appearance.

Breakfast was skimpy, mostly carbs. Very little tissue on roll from the start. We had to ask for more.
