The place is inviting, cozy, clean and the staff is very kind

The room was not very clean and smelled like smoke even though we asked for a non-smoking room. There were burn marks on the floor and the shower never heated up properly.

Conve ience

We booked this a month in advance 2 bd room queen, 2 bath with handicap accessible bathroom. I called the day before our arrival to confirm we had a handicap batheoom for my 95 year old mother. The person I spoke to assurred we did. Whwn we checked in on Friday we were told it was handicap accessible. When we got in the room it was not. I called the front desk and they said the room had been blocked but was released ny accident and there was no other ha dicap accessible room available We were told that we could move yo another room on Saturday. Friday night I had to get up.3 times to take my mother to the bathroom necause she could not get on pr off tje toilet. We paid for this room and were told thwy would diacount it 50 dollars! !@ is crap for.the inconvenience. It ia a $400.room and.we did mot get what we paid for. Also, one bed was a full not a queen and thw other was a king bed. So we were charged for a king.room. We have staued at this hotel in thw pasr whwn we visit the area. We will not be staying.there again.

location There was a living room , dining room area besides a bedroom.

The room was dark and unattractive. The cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen area were old and worn. The lighting was dim. The bedroom was too small for the king size bed. You could hardly open the dresser.

The location

The ice machine never worked. things in the apartment didn’t looked wipe down. There was leftover dog food underneath the sink on the floor of the bathroom. The kitchen sink had a roach in it which we saw when we left.

Our stay at the residence Inn was shocking, especially with the breakfast. It’s a full breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 and they had a little bit of everything to choose from.

The temperature in the pool was very cold. The prices should go down by the amount of stays
