the front desk was super sweet not sure of her name. breakfast was great too

our room keys would continuously stop working which made it hard when I got all the kids to the 4th floor then had to turn around and go back down to have our keys reactivated on multiple different occasions

Check in staff is friendly

Cleaning staff don't know what they're doing. Put king size sheets on queen beds and don't vacuum floors (very obviously) so we ended up changing the linens on our own beds and vacuuming the floor in our room. Check out clerk doesn't know how to do the job

The lobby had a water carpet odor and the interstate was very loud and it was dirty on the patio area with cigarettes

beds were nice the front desk try to move us but my partner needs his own bed so the king size was not okay for us

they had to bring up a different fridge and the Tv Never working right not once so many hours no tv to relax suck on the horrible Fox News channel!

the breakfast was great. front desk was very polite and accommodating.

did not clean room once in 3 days. chair in room had un cleaned seamen stains on it. The snack and drink bar had nothing in it and remained that way the 3 nights we were there. ice machines didn’t work. halls were never vacuumed.

The location was very convenient. The late night office staff were very friendly and helpful.

After traveling all day and arriving at 10:30 pm to a confirmation made weeks prior, there were no Queen double beds available which had been booked. We were offered a King with a small pullout. with two teenage boys in our family we had to make a bed using cushions on the floor.

Nothing!! Floors were not vacuumed..needed to call front desk due to non working TV… neither phone worked…. had to use my cell phone to call front desk… clerk came and got TV on but couldn’t change volume…. next morning wanted to check news and TV again wouldn’t work again!! Will NEVER stay again

Same as above shower curtain was too short for the shower and water ran out on to the floor

I didn’t like that my room had a bad smell I told the front desk but house keeping came and only sprayed mopping stuff on the carpet but the smell didn’t leave it only got stronger. Woke up the next day and went to breakfast everything was to my liking until I seen one of the workers come stick there hand in the pan where the bacon and sausage was in and grabbed a sausage out the pan and ate it 🤮🤮so I checked out and went to another hotel.
