Staff very hospitable and courteous. Hotel very comfortable.

Pool much smaller than anticipated. Evening bar and grill closed days before the holiday.

Daniel helped us alot during our stay. Alot of food options nearby.

We were unable to take a shower the first night because a tab was needed to pull down and it wouldn't. There were no fans in the restrooms. The room had an unpleasant odor when it got above 72 degrees. The remote for the TV didn't work. Room 318 I wouldn't stay in again.

The day shift staff was friendlier than night shift.

My king bed was broken and when I booked I said I had a service animal. I would have preferred the grind floor closer to an exit with a service animal.

The location of this hotel is great. It's close to alot of restaurants and the mall.

I booked this hotel for the soul purpose of the pool and the hot tub. There was no hot tub and the pool room was nasty. Dirty, wet towels were thrown everywhere. There was actually puke under some of the towels. There were candy wrappers thrown everywhere also. The water was very cold and the room temperature wasn't much better. There were no clean towels in the pool room either. We had to go the front desk to get some. The bed in the room was like sleeping on a board and was uncomfortable
