They closed out my account and then just let some random guest charge our already vacated room. It was removed but concerning. There was no coffee pot in the machine, and the room smelled moldy

El personal de recepción muy grosero y poco accesible a resolver. Yo pagué mi estancia a través de Booking 9 días antes de mi llegada y cuando intentamos hacer el Check Inn el tipo de recepción muy grosero y altanero respondió que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva a mi nombre… tuve que llamar por teléfono a booking y me comentaron que el hotel ya había cobrado mi estancia. Después de la llamada, tuve que acercarme nuevamente a la recepción y mágicamente ya estaba la reserva

Very limited breakfast options for Vegeterians

I loved the location was close to port parking and restaurants.

The room had mold on the ceilings in the bed room and living room.

Breakfast was not good at all. Out of date milk Just not up to what other residence breakfast was.

We were very surprised on the wonderful room. We had two bedrooms with two bathrooms and kitchen area and sitting area. Beds was very comfortable. Went to outdoor pool and they even had a dryer for use to use.

Pool was a little cool but that was due to the weather. Other than that everything was great.

This has been our go-to pre-cruise hotel for over 10 years as the location is just a little over a mile from the cruise terminal. It's a location, location, location thing..

...however, location is getting harder to justify at over $500 a night for the 1 bedroom king bed. The facility, while still nice, is showing age, and updates are needed to justify the cost. The TVs didn't work in that only a few channels could be viewed, the rest were in and out. They were aware of a system wide issue evidently. Rust in the shower and the cleanliness is getting suspect overall. May have to look for a more modern and cost effective place to stay next year.

All was well, some lights not working in the bedroom. Also, at night the air conditioning started to make doomsday noises and woke us up. Luckily, we were on a jetlag an would have woken up anyway. Cheers and 10 points for prediction!

Water also had a hard time accepting Newton's laws. The bathroom water did not leave as Newton would predict from a working water system.
