The facility to the cruise

All was good maybe at the breakfast that you have sausage

From the looks, the hotel looked clean. I woke up the next morning to over two hundred bites on the back of my legs before boarding my cruise ship that day. They were itchy and red. We didn’t have the time to investigate because our boarding time was early. On the cruise the bites got bigger and more painful. Becoming a complete uncomfortable situation for my trip. Finally I went to medical and they confirmed I had bed bug bites on my legs. The friend traveling with me that stayed on a separate floor also had bites but not as many as me. They were also confirmed bed bug bites. After the cruise we stopped off by the hotel and tried to make them aware but management Ed didn’t want to hear it or even take our concern seriously. We were dismissed. I have also added a review on google and I told the people waiting in the lobby because if it were me I would want to know. He became angry stating I was slandering his business however they were facts and not assumptions. He did call a housekeeper to meet him in my room but came back stating there was nothing there. The other room was occupied and he didn’t check it. No apology no I’ll have a professional come check it out just dismissed.

The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Very helpful and happy

I would like to give a "shout out" to the front desk person by the name of Jewel. She was precious, extremely nice and very patient with my family. She was a good listener and any questions that I had she answered them quickly. The entire front desk staff was very helpful. If we needed anything for the room, the request was taken care of promptly. The only issue I have was with a housekeeper staff member who told my husband that she didn't understand English as he had gotten slightly confused. That was not necessary and definitely not helpful to him. I did not appreciate that at all.

Have housekeeping staff to be more helpful. We are not trying to be difficult and we understand what there duties are but do not think when we ask a question that it means more work for you. A simple referral to someone else who can help us is much better than saying "no speak English".

Close to the port and the rooms are suites.

Easy check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice.. clean.. comfy. Whole place was clean. Across the street almost from cruise port. Close to everything. Price was good. We stayed at Radisson in May.. a few buildings down.... not so nice… This was hands down the best.

Location to the port

Great service and awesome transportation to and from the port.

The location is convenient, staff is helpful, rooms are quite large.

The pool is adequate only for children, breakfast is minimal, little food choice, overall a very cheap and poor appearance. Room carpet seems quite old for the hotel standard

quiet location

When we checked in the guy at reception wasn't welcoming. We put litter outside our door as our room bin was overflowing and it wasn't removed until the day we checked out

Breakfast was Good

My Room had a adjoining room didn’t like it , my Husband is a retired Law Inforcement. Didn’t sleep well.

Great location.

They stop serving breakfast at 9:30 which is early when you are on a vacation.

Breakfast and shuttle to Port Canaveral (that I had to pay $50 for) was very clean and staff was very friendly!

The staff were wonderful accommodating our large group for our wedding! Highly recommend. Eddie is awesome!
