Very unprofessional. I had a few questions and the answers were “I don’t know” far too often. On to the bigger matter, upon check in for my 2-bedroom suite from 6/12-6/14 ($404.54), I was told that I wasn’t booked to a 2 bedroom suite anymore & that I should’ve received an email telling me my reservation was changed, which I did not. I was told upon arrival that there weren’t anymore 2 bedroom suites available so to “accommodate me” one staff member (I can’t remember his name) gave me 2 separate rooms for Fri. at the rate or $129 total & the 2 bedroom suite Sat. at the rate or $169. I was supposedly getting these hotels for a cheaper price due to the mishap and I was grateful for that until I checked my account statement after checking out. I was charged 3 times from this hotel! $170, $20, & $230. TownePlace Suites please explain to me how this makes sense!!!? You guys mess up MY reservation and then charge me more than I was originally paying. I will never stay here again & I will tell everyone how poorly you all conduct business unless y’all make this right!!!
