No room service was available. Had to order from bar. Claimed I would receive voucher for inconvenience. After I purchased ice cream asked for spoons, I was told by there was none. She was totally rude. Shower was dirty.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge, security, and cleaning staff we all very professional during my brief interactions with them. The room was spotless when I arrived which a relief compared to some other, non-Marriott facilities I've been to recently.

Finding the entrance was a little awkward without GPS. I ended up walking around the block before finding my way to the front door due to lack of signage. It was not communicated that the parking voucher would cost an additional fee on top of the room fee but that is my fault for not questioning it further when prompted. Additionally, it was either not communicated or went over my head but I regret missing out on the complimentary breakfast. Finally, this survey not having any way to opt out and sending me 2-3 emails a week seems a bit excessive. I know that doesn't have anything to do with my stay but there's not many other places I can put this.

Location near bars and places to eat. Had never ventured in downtown Riverside, good location for that. Pool available at an early time, 6am, that was really combina y for those who like to avoid a crowded pool, I do.

Pool was not too small but a bigger pool would make it a bit more luxurious.

Loved every second of the Marriott!!

The sheets in our room were filthy. We didn’t discover it until the morning before checkout. There were spots all over the comforter. Disgusting experience

has everything at the property from a restaurant bar pool outdoor area fire pit. Very close to downtown next to all the restaurants in the area.

Lifts are always crowdy.never expected $25 per/night charge for parking.Not value for my money.

No one reads the fine print anymore. It would have been nice to have been told about the wifi and features at check in. Even if it was an extra pamphlet and telling us to read it.
