Beautiful facility and pool area with helpful staff at the pool

Front desk staff not friendly, very lengthy check in process and even after all the waiting to get it correct the turned off my key to access everything 24 hours before they were suppose to. Again front desk very curt when I asked to have fixed. Also fro t desk wasn’t helpful when I called to book an extra day. Said they could help with because I had booked the first day through a third party. Really made no sense because I also had to book as a separate reservation- so just left the impression that they didn’t care to help me🛤️

Property and staff were nice. Frank Cattern was an excellent tour guide.

The cost. We had a party of nine for lunch (originally 11, but two didn't stay for lunch). Hamburger, salad, or pasta and dessert was $55 a person since we were a "group", and not everyone had dessert. Same salad for dinner the night before was, I think, $19. My wife and I each had a drink at $17 each which were terrible. If you stay, go out to eat.

This is a beautiful, historic property and we enjoyed walking around to catch all the beautiful views, grounds and historical objects.

Everything was so beautiful I never seen anything so beautiful the way they built this hotel was genius it was my best friend birthday and I lit was her dream to stay here so I had to make it true for her every one was so helpful thank you so much for making so special for us we are definitely coming back to stay more days next time

Maintenance/Housekeeping would park they mop and trash cleaning outside the door, daily.

Museum-like

Getting stuck in the rotunda as a handicapped person with a broken elevator in 100+degrees. Had to call security to rescue us!

The comfort of the room was exceptional during the daytime. At night, the bed was very comfortable. so much that with all the noise in the street, I was able to fall asleep sooner than I thought I would.

As I mentioned before, the noise in the street was right outside our window. I am aware that this would be out of your control, so next time I will avoid a room on the side of the street. Yes, we will return.

The property is beautiful. The check in was easy. The valet staff was excellent, very Friendly and accommodating.

I did not like when we returned that night from our wedding we planned to walk and look in shops but due to the amount of young people out and about running thru people a high police presents in that area. Wa felt unsafe and return to the hotel. Our bedroom was located just off that walkway area where all the traffic was. And late late at night we could hear people fighting running. Being disruptive in that area. So the next time I would not stay in that part of the hotel. We could see lights flashing in our room for several hours.

The room was lovely, quite spacious, & the bed was very comfortable with cozy bedding. I really liked the scent of the shampoo & conditioner provided in the shower & loved the towels!

The only thing that I didn't like was in the bathroom, the shower curtain had a mildew smell.

The Father’s Day brunch was very nice. The wine options were nice.

When we arrived to our room we found out that the a/c was broken. They said there were no rooms to move. We asked for a fan and they didn’t bring it. They offered us to move at 2pm on Fathers Day while we were celebrating. My husband has a bad leg and I have a horrible back, moving wasn’t an option. The room was miserable. The only thing they offered was free parking, awful. We ate there day and night, the last night was a total mess. It took one hour just to bring soup. They offered to comp some of the bill as they knew they were in error but when they brought the bill they had not, the stay wasn’t good.

Awesome hotel! We loved our room, the views of the gardens are beautiful. The restaurants in and around the hotel are delicious. The hotel has so much history, and we really enjoyed the tour of the hotel and the museum. Self parking was around the corner and valet was just a few dollars more. Security guard was in the lobby at all times, so that made me feel safe in a downtown area. My favorite was the robes, bedsheets and towels -sooooo soft! Luxurious! Need to check and see if they sell them. My husband loved the blue velvet chair in our room. :-) We can't wait to stay here again!
