Breakfast offered a good variety
Breakfast area was pretty small and thus crowded — around the food & beverage stations, and they definitely could’ve used a larger dining & seating area

The check in was great....
......until they told us we were on the second floor and no one was available to help us carry our bags up. Then we get to the room and there is NO TV. What is this, Motel 6?

We stayed at this property twice in one week. Once on our way to visit Alaska on a cruise and once upon our return. Even after requesting to be on the ground floor a week in advance and in person, they did not accommodate us. We had to carry our bags upstairs and it was quite difficult for us. We did not have a TV in our room, another checkmark against the property. They did allow us to check in 1 hour earlier, but yet the room was again upstairs. One of the lamps was missing a lampshade. No one takes care of the details. It's an old property, so the tubs look like they need a good scrubbing. We will not be staying at this Marriott property again.

The room was clean. I also liked that there was a kitchenette and full refrigerator. It is close to the mall and Costco. And just 5 minutes from a major highway. The staff were nice.
Parking is limited if you return in the evening. You’ll have to drive around and hope a spot opens up. The bed was a bit too soft for us but that’s subjective.

Tried to double charge me for the room when I had already paid online. I also had to find the room on my own they didn’t tell me where it was at the only thing they told me was the room number.

we ask 2 guys maid to cleaned our room (garbage and food on the fridge is dirty) were we back to the room they didn't cleaned. My husband went to desk and told us moved to other room.

Breakfast was good, they have a waffle station and a decent variety of food that is restocked regularly. Staff was friendly and courteous, the desk clerk offered us a discount for our negative experience without hesitation.
Our room appeared to be in the middle of a renovation and was not cleaned before our arrival, despite us arriving well after the usual check-in time. The toilet was disgusting, the floors were dirty, the paint on the back of the bathroom door was peeling off, there were food crumbs in the pull-out bed, there was a kitchen but I would never use the provided pans because there was burnt on food residue, etc. If we had not arrived later than planned because of difficulties getting out of SeaTac I would have asked for another room. As it was, we were so exhausted we decided to just clean it as best we could ourselves - and it was after midnight by then so no one was answering the phone. My parents booked the same type of room and theirs was fine so it makes me wonder why ours was in such poor condition. My wife complained to the desk in the morning and they did give us a discount, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing and well beneath my expectations.

We booked this hotel because of the pool. After speaking with staff the pool has been closed all summer. Very very disappointed.

The front desk people were very nice and pleasant. It has it’s own kitchen. Very clean.

The bathroom was in need of maintenance. sink faucet was literally falling off, there were no towel rods and there was a hole in the bathroom wall

There was only one cleaning during the 3 week stay. Asking directly for shampoo and toilet paper is useless. The communication is very bad, the staff doesn't seem to be doing their job and don't communicate.

The staff was very kind. The front desk worked hard to accommodate and fix the issues.
When we were given our room we went and it was in complete disarray and not clean yet. It took over 40 minutes for them to find a room that was ready to be used.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were good.
I made the mistake of looking under the bed when we were looking for an item and it was filthy. Objects left over from other stays. Quite a bit of garbage around the property which resulted in my dog getting a cut on his foot. The item we were looking for turned out to be stolen from our room. The management extended their apologies and compensated by crediting a portion of our bill. Overall, it was a disappointing stay that left us feeling unsafe and violated.

I guess you get what you pay for! the rate was decent , however there were no necessities , like lotion , shampoo, towels etc... i dont think i will choose to stay there again for busineess.

I rarely saw any riff raffs in and around the property. The employees are polite and respectful.

You have to pay for parking in their own lot. Ive never had to pay for parking at a hotel before.
The sofa was stained and bed part had no mattress. When we called to see about getting a mattress they sounded like it was a n inconveience to bring one. 45 mins go by and we call again. It was another 45 mins before they brought one. When they brought it they didn't have any blankets and one empty unstuffed pillow.. Once again they had no customer service. They never app
oligized for any of the inconveince. The mattress was bent and cheap and thin. I would not stay here again.

So when I checked in (Emily) should have told me that the TV wasn't working nor was the phone to call guest services. I guess all the tv on the site had not been working. I had to dial out to reach the desk. I really didn't like not having an option to maybe go somewhere else where I could watch TV. Also I booked a king suite. I ended up getting a queen suite and o was not told that either. She just checked me in and didn't say anything.
