Location

We were given a room near the VERY loud compressor. We requested to move, it was a busy weekend so they said there was only one other room available on the ground floor. The person at reception said that « maybe if we had booked directly with them » they could have found us a better room. Our room was not cleaned the next day when we returned in the afternoon. When I mentioned this at the reception desk, and asked that the service be done, the cleaning person in the back room was questioned and responded « yes it was »! I assured them that it wasn’t and showed them the room. They then said they would clean it. Why would they question a client’s request for cleaning? Thé breakfast is really the bare minimum.
