Everything was wonderful
I’m from the south, that was not good gravy lol kids in the pool screaming no adult around.

The location just off Highway I-10 was excellent for getting to Mobile, and for traveling into Baldwin County. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The coffee pods in room were not replenished and room not cleaned while I was there. Not a fault of the property, but a storm came through and knocked out the internet, which was never fixed while I was there. (the front desk staff told me that they had called for repairs but it did not happen while I was staying there).

Beautiful and clean, off of the main road so it was quiet too.

Neither spouse and I could sleep. The bed was too soft. Both just had spine surgery in the past year. Need firmer mattress.

I liked the fact that the front desk clerk was welcoming and courteous during check in. The hotel was clean. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The furniture is older which is fine but it did not allow for easy access to charge electronics near the bed. We had to plug up across the room. The air conditioner was a lil loud when it was on.

Property is located near I10 I a very quiet and peaceful area. It is well maintained and clean.
The fact that it didn’t have EV charging stations as was stated under “Facilities”.
Thank goodness we had enough charge to get to a nearby charging station!

We booked this hotel on booking.com and got our reservations. When we arrived they did not have a room for us. They said they over booked

I would really like to think the front desk I think her name was Karen she was very kind and helpful. I had book through booking.com and they had my first name as my last name and we could not find my reservation but she searched until she found it . I am very grateful. I would also like to think the house keeping manager she was just great. Our room was nice and comfortable. They both are great asset to your company.

Everything appeared clean and in good repair. You could see a little wear and tear but nothing major. The pool was a good temperature (not too cold). The hot tub was very small (3 people max) but was hot and worked. We really enjoyed the hot tub! Staff were friendly and very helpful!
The breakfast was okay. They had a small variety of foods. We appreciated it was buffet style and not grab and go. If we stay there again we will plan to get breakfast at McDonalds or something.

I did not come down for breakfast. The location was fine. However, price line made mistakes with my booking. Double booked the room, wanted a king, received a,double, booked and prepaid two nights, hotel had me listed for one night paid!!
