Didn’t eat the breakfast at all
The cleanliness could have been better.. there was mold all around the bath tub and the ac unit filters were horrible and our room was hot.. will never stay at this location again.

The breakfast had several options for the kids and adults and the staff were super friendly.
They didn't have water available during breakfast hours to refill our water bottles, but the staff did offer us bottled water when we asked about it.

They were so polite when I checked in and checked out. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helped me get in my room when my room key didn't work.
Nothing bad to say. Except I couldn't figure out how to get shower on .I asked a fellow hotel guest which I knew cause he there for work .

The room was hot and air didn't work right the bed was hard and only I wash cloth the hot water only lasted 5 min so I had to take cold shower

The hotel was staff was supper nice we had a little problem at check in with our room and they were fast to fix it and get us in a new room for a 85 dollar hotel room it was nice

Michelle at the front desk was exceptional in making my reservations and making sure all my requests were met. She also followed up with me during my stay to make sure everything was just like I wanted.

my room was on the ground floor, near the ice machine, and near an exit.
my room was terribly HUMID! my clothes stayed damp. no amount of A/C helped. the exit door near me didn’t work to re-enter so I’d have to walk around to main entrance or another door that did work.
