This was my second time coming to this location and it’s the best. From checking in, to the breakfast and the rooms are super clean.

They charge an insane $75 for one night for a dog (half of the price of my one-night stay). This amount was mentioned nowhere in their policy prior to my reservation on Booking.com (the hotel was shown as pet-friendly, “charges may apply”). When I inquired about the pet fee literally 5 minutes after booking, and complained about this rate, they wouldn’t let me cancel without losing my entire prepayment, and they hung up on me. So I went to the hotel and paid the extra $75. There, the staff wasn’t trained; the room's trash bin contained used bottles left over from previous guests. The carpet was full of stains. And the hotel is located next to a noisy highway so there is a constant background noise. Overall, a terrible experience. I am never going back there, nor in this chain of hotels in general.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer war bis auf Kleinigkeiten sauber, Hotel schien vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden zu sein, toller Fitnessraum (groß und gut ausgestattet), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, man konnte das Zimmerfenster einen Spalt zum Lüften öffnen

Klimaanlage konnte das Zimmer teilweise nicht auf unter 26°C herunterkühlen (tagsüber), mit dem Raumduft im Zimmer war extrem übertrieben worden, sodass wir es am ersten Tag kaum im Zimmer ausgehalten haben, Zimmer war hellhörig, Milch beim Frühstück war leider sauer, Einweggeschirr und -besteck beim Frühstück, Waschmaschine war nicht ganz sauber

Third time the room was smelly. And was excited about Pool. But Pool needs work. Dosent look clean

The room was PERFECT! Very cozy, and had all of the amenities I needed.

It would’ve been nice if they had a vending machine, unless I just didn’t see it.

Breakfast was not the best, they missed cleaning my room, only once in the six-night stay.

Very clean, the manager Nikita and the entire staff were very polite and helpful, above and beyond.

The staff was very friendly. Pool and jacuzzi were very clean, as were the rooms. Rooms were a good size and comfy. Evening bar was a nice unexpected additionition with plenty of room to socialize. Good value for the size and style of the room.

The breakfast was good, but scrambled eggs we ould have been better than hard boiled.

Very clean beds were comy but the bed box cut our shin it's a little sharp wood other thankthat it was nice stay

Breakfast was exceptional: enough items and variety. Kids loved the pool. The location is very comfortable.

The best place to stay!

I liked the breakfast.

I didn't like that my van was hit by a in the parking lot of the hotel and we left messages to the manager so we can talk to him and never called us, that is bad management!

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I arrived prior to check in time and although my room wasn’t ready, they called me as soon as it was! I really appreciated that.

The only part that I didn’t like was noticing the bed linens were dirty. There was either blood or feces on it, and it was a little unsettling. Staff did promptly change the linens for me. But I had already sat on the bed and it grossed me out. I have a picture if needed.

The rooms were clean and big. I loved that there was a microwave and refrigerator. I reserved 2 rooms and without me needing to ask they gave us adjoining rooms which my family and I really appreciated.

I wish there had been extra pillows in the closet. We found a blanket but not an extra pillow.
