They have a restaurant on property. Very Friendly staff. Very clean rooms.

The room is spacious so for the price, it is a value.

Unfortunately, I have not been pleased with the quality of guests that stay at this location. I have stayed at many a hotel in Rancho, and this location has guests that do not have any idea what courtesy is. At all hours of the night/early hours of the morning, people are slamming their doors and talking loudly in the hallway. It is ridiculous! Go to sleep and stay quiet! If you are coming and going, then be quiet and courteous that others are trying to sleep/rest! The staff knocked on my door when I had my TV volume up, but there is no monitoring of what is going on when people are going in and out of their rooms and that is beyond annoying. Additionally, I was charged $250 instead of the $100 deposit at the end of my stay. I had not directly booked the stay, but I had provided my email address upon check in. At no point was ANY communication provided to me as to why I was being charged $250. I think it is ridiculous that no notification of the charge was provided to me and as such, I have disputed the charge. Not likely to be staying here again unfortunately....

Staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel was clean and comfy

Charging for parking was a big thing for me. The pool and spa were closed as well which was kind of disappointing

pool was closed for remodeling. who closes a pool for remodel in the summer when the weather is 100+ degrees. you remodel in the winter.
