La ubicacion del hotel es excelente.

EN: It’s very well located and the room was great! The first one we got had an issue with the lock but they quickly changed our room. It was comfy and everything was great. ES: Está muy bien situado y la habitación era estupenda. La primera que nos dieron tenía un problema con la cerradura pero rápidamente nos cambiaron de habitación. Era cómoda y todo estaba muy bien.

EN: We were on the second floor and wifi didn’t reach our room. But I think it was a mishap because it wasn’t available in the garden in the main area either which is close to reception. That was really the only con. ES: Estábamos en la segunda planta y el wifi no llegaba a nuestra habitación. Pero creo que fue un contratiempo porque tampoco estaba disponible en el jardín de la zona principal que está cerca de recepción. Ese fue realmente el único contra.

Room was nice size and bed was comfortable and a/c was cold

No parking, tv don’t work and no internet. Did not have any ice buckets or ice. Could not find anyone in the office after checking in. Office doors were locked.

I liked the price, but, I was charged refundable $100 deposit (REFUNDABLE). I have not received my refund yet. I was provided with a refund receipt, however, nothing had hit my account yet.

My room floor was greasy. We were provided one wash cloth and one towel. When I asked for another one…the host could not speak English.

The location was good. The door to the room had an opening that allowed cockroaches to enter. There were only two bath towels, no wash cloths or floor towel to step on when you exited the shower.

Roaches The young girl at the Front Desk told my wife that we could check out and they would refund the other nights (we agreed to pay for the night we slept) once Booking.com contacted them, which Booking.com could not do. No response.
