Cockroaches were everywhere

fights, crazy troublesome people screaming knocking on doors every night,

the cigarette burns on the only blanket in the room, the drugs being done in the stair well outside my room all night, the trash and drug paraphernalia in the stairwell the next morning, the random clothes on the stairs the next morning

The breakfast was coffee and a muffin, both are ok, the maids are excellent at keeping your room clean. The rooms are nice, updated, comfy rooms. For me the location was good.

I inquired if they had elavtors and was told they did before I booked. When I arrived the elevators were broke. The desk clerk hand writing was hard to read so I kept putting in the wrong WIFI password, until the next morning desk clerk wrote it out properly. What there was of the breakfast was ok but basically they had no breakfast. The shower handle is opposite, the cold side is hot and the hot side is cold.

Key did not work, staff , tv did not work, did not get a refund, did not have another room, no ice , car was messed with, 9 am knock on my door by house keeping , parking sucked

The room was good and well maintained, the location was good as well

Nothing. After arriving at the property, I chose not to stay there.

This property is not in a good neighborhood. I stepped out my car and almost stuck my foot with needles in the parking lot by the check-in door.

The place was a dump! Disgustingly dirty. Holes in chair blankets. Stains on pillow cases and sheets. Floor hasn’t been sweep. Bathroom hair on floor. Toilet seat stains. It was a dump!!! You should be ashamed of that place. Invest in buying new sheets towels blankets.

Good location with accessible restaurants nearby..the beds were comfortabke,,you get what you pay for

I didnt like to be on the 3rd fl..because I was alone.the heater was rattling

they dont change the mattress and beddings… The aircon was dirty.. they dont provide soap and foot rags.. The ambiance was not comfortable in general.

I have found cockroaches in the room and because of the cockroaches I have to leave one day early and I want to get a refund for it. In addition to cockroaches the room was smelly.
