Bed was hard. We were out of conditioner and body soap in our shower.

We stayed 4 nights and our room did not get cleaned 2 of the days. We had to ask for clean towels and to have our trash cans emptied.

My room did not cool off until three in the morning and it was still around 76° at three in the morning. From 6 PM when we checked in the room was over 80°. I checked with the front desk they told me to pour the front off the air conditioner and pull a thermostat wire Which should reset the compressor in the air conditioner. It did not. We were sweating in bed until at least two in the morning

Nice size room with a comfortable bed.

Nothing regarding this specific property but we are just amazed how high the motels / hotels are in Stephenville.
