Great view and everything was close by. Very walkable.

Booked 3 nights, The hotel closed for the season and put a note on the door. I don’t know why they didn’t tell me about this ahead of time. As a single woman I didn’t feel comfortable staying the last night by myself without any staff available if I needed anything . There were windows on the main floor that were wide open , broken security lock on my door, my patio door had no lock. I wouldn’t have paid for the third night, I didn’t feel safe.

Location was great. Short walk to everything. About a 20min walk to get downtown and easy access to get to Mackinaw bridge.

The pool area was not the best...the hot tub was out dated and needed to be replaced (inside) and the outside one was not even out of service.

Great Location!!

Very dated and run down. This is the 1st time in my life where the girl at the desk acted as if I was an interruption and the 1st time ever that I was not asked to show my ID?!? The Hot Tub and Pool were very dated!! I had no interaction with the staff other than at checkin. We stayed 2 days. Perfectly located!! I heard from others during my trip, that the water front hotels in the same area were worse than ours. I would say, great location and great waterfront views. Just don't have high expectations. The hotels not waterfront seems much newer and way better kept in the same location. If I stay in this area again, waterfront would not be my choice.

The location is great. Close to the ferry location.

Could use a little up grading starting to show it's age. Hot tub needs to be replaced jets didn't work. The room a musty smell and the fitness equipment didn't work. I expected better for Ramada facility.

Everyone was very helpful, a handicap chair broke for our bathroom and they brought us a new one very quickly. Staff was very nice.

We were expecting a breakfast bar but it was a grab & go instead. The bathtub didn't drain as well as expected and the fan in the bathroom didn't work well.

The room was very clean and looked neat. It even had a balcony that gave us some views on the water and the bridge. There is a pool. The price was amazing considering all those amenities.

loved the beach area, convenient to the boat dock, and the spa area was great. staff very friendly and helpful.

The bed was hard. the back deck area could be so useful and inviting with a little attention. The hot tub by the pool wasn’t very good. The one in the room was awesome!

Trash, cigarettes, broken chair on beach. plywood and extra siding on property. Overhang at entrances torn. property in disrepair. Neighbors smoking and feeding birds. could not use porch.
