The breakfast was not that good.

When we arrived the bed was broken and the toilet was not flashing right.

Dirty. Cobwebs and spiders in room. Very old and needs to be updated. Space under door where bugs could come in. Tons of food, wrappers, and a sock under the bed.

Staff were friendly and organised to contact the free shuttle bus to the ferry.

No privacy curtain on the window so if you wanted to open for light in the morning, you couldn’t as window opened onto the carpark. The shower was tepid but may have been the touchy tap.

It was a quick drive to the bridge.

There was no hot water in our bathroom. We had to take freezing cold showers at night and in the morning.

Problem with management - tried to modify my reservation. His reasons for not doing so: 2 day minimum stay [NOT indicated on Booking.com website], unable to make change if booked through Booking.com [another staff member WAS able to make such a change]. Manager / owner not at all interested in accommodating a change in plans; very curt. This place was NOT full over the Labor Day weekend; Manager could have made the adjustment. No sense of customer service; Booking.com might want to take a look at this property for meeting basic requirements to use online services.

Very old decor and dust on wall outlets. Thick ice in mini fridge...hasn't been defrosted in a while.

We ate breakfast at Audies'. The location was amazing. The room was very nice, lots of room and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We stayed an additional night. It would have been nice to get the same price as the other nights. It was a Friday and understand weekend rates. Just sucks being able to finally travel and the price of rooms is so outrageous. The grounds could use some TLC. Though there were flowers planted the weeds took over. Was quite unsitely.

The location was great, just a short walk to the park and the lighthouse, and just a half mile walk to down town. The staff was very friendly and accomidating.

Smaller rooms, beds were OK but not great, and it was a bit pricy for the size room.
