The room was clean and breakfast was okay. They were able to give us our request for joined rooms.
The pool that was advertised was closed. The pool had been a large reason for booking this hotel, and we had already paid through Booking for the room when we got there and found out the pool was closed. The kids had their bathing suits and pool toys and were incredibly disappointed. The staff were not very friendly either, but not mean.

The cleanest. Wall dirty. A ROACH. Bed was okay. Floor a mess

It was in a good area, around all the food places
Wasn’t that clean, our room wasn’t set up, one bed wasn’t made, sheets didn’t look clean. Didn’t feel safe all the way.

The breakfast was good. would like to had a more selective choice of breakfast items. All in all it was good.
If the pool had been in service would have been great. that was one of the reasons for staying at Sleep Inn.

old, hotel needs updating. rooms were dirty, housekeeping was horrible. They would clean our room and take all the towels and not restock any. had to go to the office to get linens.

The room was clean ,bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly.
The stopper in the sink was broken. The refrigerator was frozen over with ice.

They overcharged I’m paid my 2 nights and they charged me $83.25 for not reason I’m do my check out on time

We loved the location as there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
Our bed linen and bath clothes weren’t clean and we had to request a new set to remake the bed. However, once we did that it was tolerable. Also, there was a lot of dust of the table, tv, and appliances.

I loved the clean room and the bed was so comfortable.
It was wonderful except I had a couple noisy neighbors.

toilet was squealing constantly, tv had no channels, bed was not terrible but the pillows were filled with hay apparently and tiny.

Overall the stuff are great but the building makes too much noise and if you try sleep good luck. I have stayed few time thinking it was just one time but the ppl that stay their they don’t sleep and they are loud and you can’t sleep in peace.

The guest above our room were loud, sounded like they were jumping up and down and moving furniture. Complained to front desk with no resolution.

I had first arrived, and was told there were no vacancies. but the little girl was lying because I walked out and booked a room through here.

I was glad for a place to stay unexpectedly
The bed sheets had little balls on them from wear. The toilet seat was not clean. I could hear everything my neighbors were doing: showering, sneezing and snoring. Guests were running up and down the hall barking like dogs late at night.

everything was okay
I didn’t like that I forgot my passport and SS in the room I had. I KNOW which room and I KNOW I forgot it there. however, housekeeping must’ve taken it and kept it or threw it out instead of turning it to the office. I’ve called several times about it and nobody can even pass me to the manager.
