Location
Sheets was dirty when we got there. Asked for another set but they just brought us a sheet and blanket and had us change it ourselves. No top cover. There was no ashtray and I purchased a smoking room. The lady brought us paper cups to use. We saw baby roaches in the room. Had to reclean the bathtub and dust off all the tables when I got there. We stayed cause it was Christmas and we came so our kid could stay at his grandma house and wake up to presents coming out of nowhere as if Santa came.

I was barely in the room when I was there... Arrived at around 6 p.m., took a shower, went out with friends, came back to room really late and went to bed, slept till 10 a.m., and checked out at 11 a.m. I was looking for a room with a good shower and a good bed and this place provided that. There was also a fridge in the room which I really liked. No problems at all... it was what I was looking for.
The $50 damage deposit for the room. I have never been asked to pay a deposit when staying in a hotel room. But I guess I understand... They never know who they are getting when someone books a room.

Very dirty, beds were like sleeping on a board, looked like something chewed on the bathroom door walls and wood work was nasty dirty, shower and tub was filthy. Would not recomend to anyone, and would never go there again.

It was in a good location to get to Louisville.
Strong overpowering chemical smell.made us and our clothes stink. Floors so dirty made socks black. Towels were dingy, sheets and pillows were gross. We stripped the bed, went to the store and bought our own bedding and pillows.

Breakfast was ok just a basic service and location was good for me.
Requested 1st floor when booked but was given 2nd floor when checked in.Not much parking location was fully booked and hard to find parking near room.Mirror was dirty and floor was not very clean my white socks turned black from dirty floor.

I slept really well, it was quiet. The room keys worked well. I’ve been to a lot that don’t work at all so I was happy with that. The price was reasonable.
a lot of people there stared at me and my friend. we didn’t feel comfortable and had to barricade our door. I just didn’t like constantly being stared at when I left the room.
The lights were really dim and there were holes in the comforter. The bathroom was small and the bathtub had someone’s hair on the sides. Neither one of us showered so it wasn’t ours. The tv remote barely worked.

The location of hotel was close to the family we were visiting.
Our room faced the highway so noisy. Bathroom ceiling tile busted. Only one wash rag, one hand towel.

Booked a smoking room and when we got there they had basically overbooked so they wanted to put us in a non-smoking room . So when I told them that wouldn't work we got one room the first night and had to change rooms the second day . So , no sleeping in at all ! And the second room had a broken bed ! It was an end room , so it was really noisy as well .

Close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel did have more lights around the back of the building.
Bathroom door was damaged, no free breakfast due to remodeling, glass in parking lot from customers throwing beer bottles, and smoke coming into the room from customers grilling from the back of their truck.

Good location but seemed kind of overpriced. No breakfast due to Covid which was disappointing. Lady up front was very nice and polite.
Price could have been better. Bed could have been softer.
