Room was well appointed. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, airport.

Toilet valve failed to shut off, during the night, and flooded the bathroom and vanity area. It was a huge inconvenience, since we had an infant with us, however the hotel put us in a new room in the morning, and refunded one nights stay (which was unexpected and greatly appreciated).

Breakfast was very good with good choices of food.

The internet connection was not good.

My air conditioner leaked and flooded the carpet. I sustained bugs bugs during the overnight hours and broke out in hives. My wife and I left the hotel at 2:30 AM in the morning.

no security cameras outside and no security they stole my expensive yeti cooler from the back of my truck it was locked with chain in my truck not safe place at all

Eve/Night manager; somewhat abrupt and poor eye contact when encountered. Makes a huge difference, when asking a question of him;to not feel like I’m a inconvenience. I did pay for a pleasant stay and overall with other front desk employees; it was achieved.

I don’t complain or ever do reviews, but this one is needed. Room was dirty and smelled like sewage, tv was broken would turn off on its own, and shower door was broke and splashed water and flooded the bath room floor, as well as the toilet was also broken and sometimes wouldn’t flush,also was pubic hairs on the couch in the room when walked in and on the coffee table, A lot of noise through out the night from construction of the freeway, not the hotels fault but still sucked. We almost left at 1am to cut our trip short and just go home. This hotel chain will never get my money ever again.
