it’s an easy stay never had a problem booking them or anything but the extra deposit fees they add at the door is something that needs to be noted.

it wasn’t all that the breakfast was too communal I shouldn’t be sharing the same milk with any other guests it should be individual cartons.

It was right off the highway.

The staff was rude, and there was a bad smell in the room. There sensory light in the bathroom wouldn't stay off. It kept turning on and finally off at least 3x per hour the whole stay. The phone in the room didn't work it was for show. So to try to call the front desk you had to try to call the actual hotel and they never answered when we called. Very very loud people in the hallway and rooms which might not be their fault but they were not going to tell anyone in any room to keep it down. The last night there the fire alarm went off and there was no fire and it took a good 45 mins before they turned it off. The thermostat didn't work properly either we would set on temp. Then it would either go up to a horrible heat like we were in hell or down cold as the ice age. It was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel ever. Not worth it to stay there I will actually never stay in that chain of hotels again that place ruined it.

Staff and cleanliness

The beds were awful. We were on a long business trip and I couldn't sleep or get any rest bc the beds were hard and stuff. Bath tub stopper didn't work either

The bed was hard and uncomfortable The pillows were hard as well and only 1 bed for 2 guys.
