Valet lost our car.The pool was closed for construction, they lost our car in valet. Uber couldn't easily. The TV in the bathroom stopped working.

It was all a sum of incidents that are not justified for a hotel of that price and category. the shower did not work well as the water flowed towards the ceiling damaging the paint and falling paint chips on the head, you could only use the shower phone. the water tap in the sink only provided very hot water. This is an electronic faucet and was locked in hot water only regardless of cold water being selected. the iPad in the room for room control had no data connection. Within the amenities it was indicated that there should be bathroom slippers which were not. Additionally, abundant long hair appeared on the sofa and inside the bed, as well as a dry contact lens on the sofa, demonstrating a poor cleaning of the room. It is surprising from MARRIOTT in an autograph where on previous occasions I have stayed with great satisfaction and yet now it is a great disappointment in the face of a high price. also indicate the anomalies to the MARRIOTT customer Care and they responded the night before to check out. the hotel did not respond to my complaint. absolute disappointment I do not recommend it and neither does the customer service of MARRIOTT

To be honest I had the worst experience in this hotel 2 nights out of the 3 we stayed, they allowed parties of at least 12 people in the rooms. We couldn’t sleep those two nights at all. The managers did NOTHING about when I complaint. They didn’t even answer the phone at night time so I had to go down to the reception at 1:30am to ask them to please do something. No control at all in this hotel and I the staff we kind of careless about the situation. I travel the world and I to be honest I will never had to deal with something like this; specially when I was paying $600 at night. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone
