Rooms better taken care of and better communication between staff to room conditions. It took 3 times to get a room that was ready for use and still tv did not work and no towels

It had too many roaches for me.

Location was great for the stay.

Check in was ok, but there was no remote for the television and it took about an hour to get one. The room was small with not much room to move around. The floor wasn't swept properly and there was paper wrap on the floor. The bed was made, but when checking for bedbugs I was shaking the pillows, and a baby critter fell on the sheet. The desk had a lamp taking up space where you would hang clothes that needed hanging. The room above me had people banging on the floor for several hours of the stay.

it was decent for the price & area but other than that I probably wouldn’t go back. The Customer service was pretty good though so that’s a plus.

there were some cigarette holes in the chair & the inside was pretty dated/ old looking but other than that nothing to bad. Not a hotel I’m looking to goto just something last minute I would use.

The TV was at working correctly or phone
