Clean and modern

A little rust in the corners of the bathrooms but it was clean.

The staff were helpful and check-in was easy enough.

The facilities were in rough shape and definitely due for a remodel. My room had several broken or damaged fixtures throughout: the toilet paper holder was broken and about to fall out of the vanity, the shower arm was loose in the wall and the shower head could not be adjusted, the shower faucet was broken and dripping and had loose trim hanging off of it, the TV was barely functional and the service was intermittent, the outlets next to the bed did not work, the Wifi did not work at all. Aside from that, the floors were filthy in the room when I checked in, the furniture in rough condition/scratched/beaten up, and there was a pair of men's cargo shorts in the closet when I checked in the room. Overall, very lackluster service and quality. Very disappointing.

The place was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was helpful but we had several issues.

We were there during a convention so the hotel was fully booked with lots of teenagers. It was very loud since they partied all night. We didn't get any sleep. Also, our air conditioning thermostat didn't work, so we had to keep getting up in the middle of the night to make the unit come on.

I did not eat breakfast. I did like the location of the hotel.

The toilet did not flush easily.

The beds were comfortable.

One of the beds had dirty sheets on it and looked like someone took a nap in it and didn’t remake the bed before we got there. There wasn’t a stopper in the sink. The TV didn’t work. The mini fridge froze the items that were placed in it. There was no water pressure in the shower.
