Lack of safe parking

Breakfast was great enjoyed some lactose free options (yogurt). Family friendly. Pool was great and always what we look for when we travel with kids.

Hallways smelled a bit. Could probably put some wall deodorizer attachments.

Close to airport with free shuttle bus. Good selection of breakfast.

The traffic noise from cars and airplanes.

what was annoying was that our cards kept failing to open the doors to our room. We had to get them rekeyed twice. my friend had to get hers rekeyed as well. Also, the dining area for breakfast was very small. Having a larger area and/or more chairs would have been nice. There isn’t anything that can be done, but it was surprising to find the floors and bed shook when 18- wheelers passed by the hotel.

We booked through a third party site and were originally placed in a very tiny queen room the size of a closet. However, the manager upgraded us to a nice size king room with no upcharge. She didn't have to but we really appreciated that she did. The entire staff was so pleasant and friendly. Always smiling, and very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the room was decent with an added desk and chair. The breakfast was a big plus. Every morning I was running out the door for work so it was nice to have coffee, juice and grab and go choices to take with me. There was also hot food (waffles, sausages, eggs, etc) when I did have a chance to sit and enjoy my breakfast. Another big plus was that it was close to the airport, and the shuttle was available for additional stops (shopping, store, etc) very convenient! We throroughly enjoyed our stay!

On the downside, you have to let the staff know a day ahead if you want your room cleaned. So if you forget to call (like I did a few times), I just had to contend with my room not being clean. I was in town for work and I was always running out the door so it was a bit bothersome to come back to no clean towels or linen and an unmade bed and full garbage can. Also, the hotel ran out of clean towels for several days so we had to wait until some were washed before getting clean towels. Not a deal breaker, just an annoyance.

The Staff was so nice and helpful. My luggage was delayed and the staff helped me and comfort me while waiting on my luggage. My sister and my nieces really enjoyed their bday with me and the staff made us feel like family.

Every thing was great room was really good size ..beds were actually comfy and breakfast was great it was deffently worth what we paid for all 3 rooms we rented and gotta a shuttle to pdx..

The room smelled really bad and make both of us cough through the night. I think it was some chemical used to clean the rugs.

The room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle got us to the airport on time for our 5:00 am flight.
