Even though I checked in for 3 nights, they had me checking out after 1 night.

Restaurant convenience and larger rooms than most other hotels

Lack of cleaning of my room unless I asked for it to be done. I would recommend cleaning after the 3rd or 4th day.

Room was a little dated, but clean and had all the things needed to travel. I was impressed with the size. No breakfast offered.

The morning staff member didn't impress me. She was sitting at the desk (not sure what she was doing) no one else in the lobby. I had to get her attention that I was checking out. She said ok what room. She continued to sit, so I had to ask for a receipt, as this was a business trip. She said, oh ok, got up looked at the computer, said oh they show that it will be emailed to you. I then left. NEVER got a receipt emailed.

I swear I don't complain but sadly this is my 2 time complaining. Before I came I had wrote property on how my son with stage 4 cancer was coming and I needed room clean.and everything working since had issues at another time. Got there TV didn't work phone didn't work. Chair was filthy. Had to switch rooms cause it was close to maintenance leaving I guess and they didn't want to mess woth it. Then in sec room toilet needed to be plunged everytime some used it. N then next morning it over flooded and went on floor. Needed to be at hospital to pick son up. Wanted a shower and to at least pee before we left. Ended up.just leaving. Plus was charged 3 times. Still waiting to see if I get reimbursed. Sadly we are thinking we will have to find a different hotel to deal with my sons issues in town

Close to the airport, spacious, restaurant and bar on site, free airport shuttle

Pool and hot tub were closed, door was warped and didn’t close or lock well

I liked that it was pet friendly ¬ charges a arm&a leg for them.

The room was bigger then I expected! I loved the little living room and 2 tvs

The room ac/heater I didn't feel like cooled down the room. Bed was to hard for my taste and no breakfast
