Location was great. Hotel is clean. Staff was helpful.

Horrible uncomfortable bed. Too hard. Room with single bed too small. Hotel can use update. I was not able to use a different card to pay for my stay since I booked third party . That made it inconvenient for how I wanted to handle my payment .

Nice staff, decent room. Close to Cedar Breaks NM.

Getting to the location was exciting. The traffic patterns are different than anywhere else. Lane swaps under an overpass???

Breakfast Eggs were pre made omelettes with peppers.

The room, although super small, was clean. The staff was very friendly & the free continental breakfast was typical. It was conveniently located to the highway & close to stores, & restaurants.

Location was good for our trip.

There was not much left and no coffee left for breakfast when we arrived at 8:30 and we understood the breakfast would be running until 9am.

Just need to update carpet and furniture!!

Needed a room along the highway, not alot of choices...desk clerk was helpful on the phone, suggested booking online because he only had 2 rooms left. I had booking.com app on my phone so it was easy-peasy! Friendly desk clerk, room was small but clean and quiet. Not there but for about 8 hours.

Hampton has been our brand of choice for many years. when we arrived to check in we were notified that Hilton has changed the pet policy to allow pets in ALL rooms. This does not work for families like our with severe allergies to pet hair and dander. This policy is not consistent with the stated policy on booking.com which specifies that pets are not allowed. we were not able to complete our stay at this hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Hilton. we will now need to identify a new preferred brand.

we thought by being a Hamden inn we would have nice amenities no microwave no refrig is so cheap for this price range entry full of carts and super small no staff at the desk no snack really poor
