Walls are bit thin and you could hear the people upstairs and the sink drained very slowly

I didnt like that I booked a 2 king bed room but got stuck in a room with 1 queen bed because apparently they gave my room away.

Perfect location within walking distance of Disneyland. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

There is no elevator and we were on the second floor. It was a little inconvenient to have to haul our luggage/bags up the stairs.

A little inconvenience of first room had inoperable heater but immediately was changed to new room at request.

parking situation was horrible .. had 2 cars as we had a family room . they couldn’t accommodate us although parking was available only 1 vehicle was allowed . I’ve stayed here couple of times and never had this problem. talk to from desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it if the valet didn’t want to take our second car in.. we had to take our second car over to a mall parking for overnight 2 days. worse thing you want to happen.

Hotel is directly across from Disneyland, the main reason I booked hotel. The room was clean and quiet. I did not hear any of my neighboring rooms. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. Fridge kept everything very cold.

Parking is terrible here. That is the biggest downfall of the property. We were lucky enough to get an actual parking space. Otherwise you will be blocking other vehicles and will need to leave your keys with valet. The bathroom is TINY!! You can barely walk in and shut the door. It feels claustrophobic at times. Although I could not here my neighboring rooms, everyone that walked by felt loud, even if they weren’t. You can here families outside the room as they pass by. That wasn’t a huge deal breaker for me because it wasn’t constant.
