The check in guy is very welcome " I and my husband went there a lot times ( before was Best Western) they change for MHO suites Hotels' cross the hallway is the mall Shop ride,Target, chase bank ..... always we are very welcome the room are very clean big rooms first and second floor 👍 we stayed in both clean safe quiet with microwave and refrigerator we came back I recommend this hotel!!!

the staff .front office lady who worked on departure date I asked to get late check out she was really rude and said if you wanna pay you can wait till 2 . she’s was a white tall old lady. we actually wasn’t sleep the night we were there because we went there for religious matter to go temple on that night . so morning we came extremely exhausted and ask can we have a later check out due to that reason . that’s how she respond us . please take action about it it I need full refund of my stay

Close to US 1 a busy road so a bit noisy at night.

It's like a motel. The door of the room is facing outdoor.

Nothing in this hotel, absolute ripoff. ( clean towels is only thing what I saw positive)

It is old warehouse kind of single star property too charged me three times , absolute ripoff. There is nothing in breakfast except bread, coffee, cereals for the amount paid. Not even butter or spread, no waffles, no bakery. Yes small tiny apples. Just ate bread and coffee and stale juice. Paid 190$ a day for tiny warehouse kind of room with everything age old. There are no facilities in this so called hotel. Somehow some kitchen cum front reception staff tried to provide some biscuits, jam out of way from her personal stock. Why would we pay three times more for a warehouse kind of property. This hotel costs just 70$ even on weekends through hotel coupons booklet, but they fraudulently sell for three times more on online sites. it is basically a scam. This hotel is managed by very unprofessional people , I am requesting atleast 50% back. as prices are jacked up fraudulently.
