there was no water pressure in the shower. the carpet was completely filthy and like it never been cleaned. just from walking on the carpet alone after having my shoes on all day I got in the shower and there was foot prints on the bathtub from my feet!! the seal on the door was not on the floor. it was big enough bugs and a snake could have fit under the door!! it looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly at all. we have stayed at many other locations if this company and had no issues but we will not be staying at this location again. there was a burn hold in the sheets from someone who smokes. just over all now happy with the location

Rent our room to other people in the 1 st day we arrived there. And take all our stuff outside. No way

1 of the stove top’s didn’t work, The shower head is plugged up, Nonstop dripping in the kitchen sink, Same with the shower head, Short on towels, The list just keep’s going on and on, It’s not worth the price that I payed. The place is a dump, And let’s not forget about the dead body in 303 and I was in 301.

Terrible place to stay, not worth the money you paid! Our room was very dirty and had a bad small sticky carpet. If you're looking for a clean, non-smoking hotel, stay away. I was so tired the first day due to the jet lag and didn't notice that they had a lot of ants in their kitchen. The next day we asked to change our room, they said that they would call during the day and never called. On the third day, we managed to get another room. The kitchen is empty, (on the site they claim that they have everything) if you need something, then you have to go to the reception and ask all the time. They don't have a hairdryer as they mention on the site, when I ask them she gave me an old very small hairdryer that doesn't work. If you see a free breakfast, don't try it, it's called "grab and go" with cold coffee and small muffins, the coffee was awfully strong and cold, when we asked for hot coffee we were offered to warm up the cold coffee in the microwave.

Bed was comfortable and the price was good.

Needed more furnishings in the room such as more places to sit and luggage racks to hold suitcases. Rugs on the floor would have been nice. Floor was very dirty.

Staff was helpful and gave 20% discount

Cost was $400/ night, no working shower, no garbage can
