comfortable bed

very outdated, room smells weird, smell like cigarettes in the hallway. our tv and refrigerator didn’t work.

It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.

nice atmosphere, clean, close to everything!

I only booked after searching for an indoor pool, hot tub, restaurant and bar…was really upset to find out after I couldn’t cancel and all 4 were closed. The teens were pretty upset.

Big open lobby was nice for our big family to gather.

Reservation was for 12 people in 4 rooms. All bathrooms were set with only 2 bath towel. Cleaning lady opening complained in the hall that “someone had taking towels off her cart so she couldn’t complete her rooms”. That was after she would not clean one of our rooms that a baby had thrown up in. Left a note that she couldn’t make beds because of personal items on the bed. OK And the trash cans that she didn’t empty either?? Bad room service in my opinion.

The lobby was enormous and comfortable. Balcony overlooking pool area was very cool, also.

Pillows on the beds were very uncomfortable! Our reservation was for 4 rooms for 12 people. Very happy the Front desk was very accommodating and had our rooms close to each other. However, each room had 2 bath towels. Easy math! Not enough. Housekeeper complained that someone took towels off her cart. Well we, the customers, needed more towels. Beds were not made. Trash was not take care. Piles of laundry & trash bags left in the hallway over night. Very unprofessional.

Only complaint... The pillows were too hard for my taste

The staff helped me whenever I asked. However, getting the pool & whirlpool working while I was there didn't happen.

The beds are too tall for short people. These are platform beds which should have steps for short people. I had to throw myself onto the bed and slide off the side to get out. What a waste of energy.

The staff was prompt and respectful.

The room was humid and the bedding was damp. The room had to be frigid for the humidity to be bearable. The other problem was that the bed had one thin blanket and sheet. That made it impossible to sleep well.
