Terrible

Someone pooped in our toilet when we were gone. Poop was on the seat. Manager on duty wouldn’t do anything about it.

Very nice lobby, well kept, our room was very clean as well. Loved the breakfast.

Room was very clean and comfy.

The first lady at the desk when we arrived was rude and not helpful at all. We went to eat and came back and the young lady taking her place was very sweet, polite and pleasant.

Breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety.

Super clean and the breakfast was great! The lady at check in was wonderful and cheery even though it was super late!

Indoor pool

Could be a little bit cleaner. Water build up around the shower head. Dirt around the toilet base.

Quick booking

We booked a king bed with a pull out sofa . We didn't have a sofa (much less , a pullout sofa) for our girls to sleep on. They are OSU students and wanted to stay with my husband and I and visit. The front desk agent sat in a chair the entire checking in process. Acted as though we were bothering her.
