there was no hot water for 2days and I want a refund.

The beds were nice. It was clean. Pool looked nice but didn't have a chance to use it.

Carpet was really worn.

I originally picked this hotel because I was bringing my grandkids for New Year’s Eve for the pool experience and someone pooped in the pool which close the pool on the first night I was there and the pool did not open back until I left . but they did reimburse me one night thanks so much for that.

The property did not have no food on site mo breakfast or nothing The snacks that they was offering was very high in cost

The housekeeping staff was AWESOME and so very helpful. My room was nice and comfortable.

The location was in the middle of a lot of stores and restaurants the facility was nice and clean nice size pool

The hot tub has been discontinued from pool area and I asked before booking and was told it was available.

Very clean. Comfortable. Getting a firm and soft pillow was wonderful. Location is amazing.

Booked a King room months in advance. when arrived was given a room with 2 full size beds. How can you not have the room if it was booked months in advance. Also booked here because it had a bar. but bar was never open.

I checked into a dirty room… beds were not made the bathroom had towels on the floor and tooth brush used in a cup.
