Location was good as there are restaurants and stores in close proximity, it was a little weird to get to, but it worked.

We made reservations here because full kitchens were advertised and that was what we needed.. upon arrival we entered a room with no dishes, silverware, or pots & pans! When we realized we had to ask for them we did on our way out for dinner & staff stated they would bring them to our room. (I felt that upon check in they should have asked if we needed supplies & how many) Upon arrival back to our rooms, of which we had 3, only 1 room got the supplies & it was settings for 2... we had 3 people in our room. There also was no ice machine on site and staff stated we had to use the ice trays in the freezer. There were 2 trays, empty of course, so it took forever to freeze the ice & 2 trays hardly makes enough for 3 drinks let alone to keep food cold during our trip to family members homes. One of the rooms in our party had a very dirty bathroom & had to clean it herself before even using it. I was very disappointed in this facility, as I have stayed at other locations & have been satisfied.

Everything. I like how clean it was. Customer service was great. They assisted me with what I needed.

There was nothing to dislike. I approved of the hotel and I will definitely be coming back.

I thought it was clean. plenty of towels.

breakfast items seemed to be a little stale

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. it is clean and conveniently located right off the highway . The staff is friendly.

The pet fee costs for two dogs costs almost as much as the room. It makes for a very expensive night in a otherwise budget motel.

Bedbugs in room 229, the fan or heater not sure which but made a horrible banging sound all night until I turn it off, and the walls are so thin all I hear is stomping I couldn’t get much sleep. Bed bugs were a serious Flag for me. Sorry

The overall state would have been good but the plumbing was backed up the young lady did send someone up there they wasn't able to resolve call sight we were plunging the toilet from being stopped up. She didn't give us another room or suggest another girl she says she can come up there and plunge it was just a disaster

Could have been better or a better solution I'll have to have the plumbing problem in our room

Comfortable bed and the layout of the room.

Rooms wasn't as clean as expected. Garbage can was still full and other people's hair in the bathroom, on the towels, counter and bathtub

The staff was helpful

No ice machine they wanted us to use some ice trays that was already in the freezer.

It was big enough

Didn’t have pot and pans or anything type of dishes to cook
