House was very dirty like old dirt dirty, Base boards we`re sticking out away from the wall. Shower didn`t look to be cleaned ever. I mention the cleaning beacuse they charge $200 for it so the place should be cleaned from the last persons cleaning fee. Wifi and tv didn`t work. Driveway was super tight and then dirt road that wasn`t maintained. Pictures to the house are fake this place was totally different. Last there`s no pool the pool shown in the picture is in town 20miles away.

The location was wonderful. The property we were housed in was amazing. Definitely looking forward to booking as quick as possible again

The value of the room was great for the size.

The shower in my room had no pressure and no shower head. The room didn't look like it was complete and it had some trash under the couch

The staff and owner were some of the greatest people you'll ever meet and the house was great with an amazing view.

Location, price (I didnt get charge $75 to change sheets and replace towels, soap and 2 coffee pods like I had the night before), and manager/owner sincere attitude towards our complaint (BEFORE reading other complaints the Next morning from previous customers ....I changed my mind). One positive thing: I DID learn before using your app again is to READ OTHER COMMENTS from your customers. A customer gets what he pays for and there is a bad reflection to companies who represents them.

No cover for mattress exposing blood stains, walls dirty and handprints sliding down the headboard, coffee pot not empty and grounds not dumped, toilet stained and not flushed, AC unit dirty, floors not swept or mopped, no garbage dispenser, no inside security lock for the interior door, refrigerator needed to be defrosted and shelf attached. Summoned Owner/Manager who took pictures of our complaint and assigned us to another room. Second room had no towels, new oven did not work, coffee pot not empty and grounds not dumped, no inside security lock for the interior door, no garbage dispenser, internet kept shutting down (manager knew this before renting room), front curtain not fitting correctly.

Unfortunately absolutely nothing the new quality was disappointing and very gross with a lot of hair and unsanitary bedsheets. Also an insane amount of bugs roamed the whole house causing everybody to have terrible bug bites and rashes with even two ginormous spiders.Everything was filthy and putrid also the entire sofa broke when only an average weighing person sat on it causing injuries.Overall terrible estate and unsanitary not at all what we expected.

it was dirty, hair in the shower, a dirty coffee pot with coffee leftovers, the bed was very dirty, there was nowhere to put personal belongings in the bathroom, we were almost not in the hotel, but the dirty bed ruined even the night.

Owner upgraded us from a room at the lodge to a cabin.

Both cabins offered were absolute disasters. Dirty sheets, dead spiders and other bugs all over, spiderwebs, black mold in the bathroom, the list goes on. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Loved the location and home. Loves the scenery.

There were hiccups in checking in and there was trash in the kitchen, like used diapers. Water pressure was very low too

Location, room was the size of a closet! No TV, 1 squishy pillow for 2 guests. I truly can't explain this place!!!!

It was in a great area. House was clean. Staff super sweet. Property was exactly like the pictures 😁

Although it's pet friendly, they didn't let us know before hand that it's a non refundable $50 a day extra but so grateful it's pet friendly.

When I arrived no one was there but a worker and his wife called the other Kevin to see about my room that they rented out in an emergency situation. So they had no other choice but to put all 8 of us in the ponderosa cabin it was a huge upgrade. We enjoyed our stay.

They did have anyone to check me in I was nervous.

I chose this location because it was close to Yosemite NP

Have you ever been yearning for sleep in your cute hut after finally reaching your destination? Well search no farther! This cozily furnished hut comes equipped with pre-used sheets & burned duvets (for improved breathe-ability). Rolling to one side of the bed offers the marvelous smell that reminds you of grandma's funeral, whereas the other has a slight hint of a moist cave after a bear's hibernation. The rooms also come with complementary pre-pooped toilets and regurgitated septic tank goo in the showers. If you’re a smoker then you’re in luck!! The smoke alarms have been removed, so as not to wake other inhabitants, and management offers an accelerated coffee rehab program by including used filters inside the pot! Don't forget that it's BYOL (bring your own lightbulb), but you can leave your hair at home because there's plenty of it in the fridge! So, are you hoping to save on a couple of dollars and regret every single last one of them? This is the place for you!

About the worst place to stay - smelled of India room sprays , bathroom was the worst sn air did not work properly - owners were livid people to deal with - do not stay here ever - the pits
