Tranquil, picturesque, comfortable and only a little over an hour drive to yosemite.

Didn't appreciate the live band on our first night. Was not aware of live music and wouldn't have booked if I had known. Not that the music was bad or even played that late, but we were wanting an early night after a long drive, and were planning to rise early to catch the sunrise in yosemite. We didn't catch the sunrise as we slept later, so we weren't tired for a full day of hiking. Maybe letting guests know at the time of booking to avoid disappointment would be a good idea. We don't drink alcohol or attend live music events so felt pretty out of sorts.

The room was beyond our expectation and had a lot of touches that made our stay more enjoyable like a microwave and mini fridge. The best part was the balcony overlooking the river. We ate almost every meal there .

There were no clear parking spots. It was kind of a free for all. However, we were always able to find parking.

Location was perfect. Rooms were very cozy.

The heat in the room was a little wonky but Jaime moved us to another room.

very nice, just off the hwy and down a hill so it’s location is very quiet. stayed in king sweet. been here several times. it fits my wants and needs well. jacuzzi tub works well. paw prints on the floor tiles by back door is so clever. cookies waiting in your room, nice touch.

been staying here several times over the last few years. looks like there doing lots of things to upgrade little by little. back porch light still doesn’t work…haha priorities I guess.

Beautiful location beside the river, we can park our car right outside our room, there was a little balcony looking out to the river. There were little snacks placed in the room for our enjoyment. Very convenient location along the highway

Staff is only physically present from 8-12pm, we got lost a bit and didn’t know who to contact. But this is just a small issue

location, the Kitchen rest. so good, and so convenient for a nice dinner and great brunch; winery, small bar is just right, and location near room is good; upgrades to room are well done-the small deck, the wall fireplace, all well done, the bathroom is bright and the shower is big (although the shower head could be higher for us tall people), dog-friendly is a plus! The location is quiet, and parking is easy. approx. 90 minutes from property to the Yosemite Valley floor.

Communication between Booking.com and the property is sometimes askew, and Booking .com is impossible to contact quickly! we will NOT use Booking.com to book this property again! No "table top" space in the room for eating, or sitting, etc. Just one chair in room. You may have to track down someone for check-in, the office isn't always open. There are NO EV chargers on property, and staff do not know where the closest EV charger is located (thank goodness for EV apps!)-this property (including the restaurant), could be much more inviting and convenient with at least one EV car charger on property. Booking.com should list whether a property has a charger-or not.

We loved the included wine tasting and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was awesome and definitely plan on staying again!

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

No breakfast was offer and the stay ended up being a very stressful situation

They charge us for extra money that wasn't expected, we feel like stupid for leave the credit card number to this unreasonable price

we loved the patio outside our room as well as the large patio with Mike as bartender. they had wonderful music and great food from Idyl Hour Winery right in the motel property.

we were given room 8, which was a handicap accessible room. the bathroom was half cleaned, the furniture falling apart and the carpet had a big stain on it. the artwork on the wall was downright creepy. I’m sure the other rooms had to be nicer than this one, because they were full every night. we would stay here again, just in another room. the grounds were quiet and very well kept. maybe they are just remodeling the rooms. we loved the patio/bar.

Even though we traveled during a major fire event, the staff were gracious and friendly. Rooms were very clean and the grounds tidy.

Really clean and comfy cabin in a great location. Nice people who were keen that we had a good stay.

All I can think of is that it would have been good to have a couple of coat hooks.

Quirky cabin close to the river and winery next door was good. Good facilities in the lodge and comfortable. Close to Yosemite NP.

Aircon quite loud and customer service. Nobody around sometimes when needing to get extra coffee or basic amenities.

The spa tub was amazing! I could live in that Spa tub, easily would come back just to spend an entire day in that tub. The view on the patio from the back of my room was also brilliant. Sipping my morning coffee on the patio with my date was the perfect way to conclude a romantic getaway.

The bed in my room must have been the squeakiest bed in all of California. Its a minor complaint but it definitely impeded my enjoyment of my room. Lets just say I booked the room specifically for a "romantic getaway" and the loud groaning of the bedframe was a bit embarrassing.

The location was very good for Yosemite . Good tv facilities and WiFi. Nice free wine tasting.

More chairs on the patio - enough for the number of occupants. Not enough towels. The place needed sprucing up a little especially the bulldozer out the back of our accommodation.

driving distance from grocery stores, nice restaurant, etc. there’s the possibility for a nice little walk by the river, and the rooms are physically nice and clean.

The heater wouldn’t stop blowing hot air even well after being turned off, so when the room got too hot I found myself having to just correct it with A/C, with the room then getting to cold and needing to be switched back to the heater, etc.
