Getting woke up at night from a fight and a fire alarm.

it’s secluded from the rest of the world & it’s pretty quiet.

The fact that they are in the same thing as the original was, they let someone else in the room before I could get to the room. I was so upset when I saw that they had done this and this isn’t the first time that they’ve done it. I was hoping that with new management, they would be more responsive to this problem but they weren’t. I don’t have any other plans to make a reservation in the future with them. I did get this on my phone so I’ll be in contact with them in a few hours to get this taken care of. This is a very important issue that needs addressed and I knew I would have the problem as soon as I got into the door to check in. They will stall the process of getting you into the room and then the room will be already ready for you. Then, when you fall asleep, or more like when they put you to sleep, they will go through your room and get into bed with you. Then they’ll wake up to get you up and they will be gone before you know that they did that. It is absolutely disgusting and I have had this issue for years now because they steal my money and switch out my phone and get my information from my bank and cards to keep me in a vicious circle of staying in a hotel room and not being able to afford a place to live. they’ll even steal my car keys and do whatever they want to do with it and have sex with me or they will have sex together on my own bed while I’m in the bathroom or whatever I do. it’s to a point where it’s like I’m in a relationship with somebody and I can’t even talk to anybody else because of this.

If I had known such good breakfast would have come down earlier to stay longer

Coffee maker was shaky. Shower head was a little sketchy. Coffee maker had to hold lid down on Keurig unit to get it to work properly.

breakfast was ok, biscuits were hard

we stayed in pet room & when we arrive immediately the room smelled & we could tell not shampooed. we take pride in how we take our pet & know one would even know we have a pet. some people are nasty anyways but the cleaning crew was not up to standards before we check in.

Nothing. Poor breakfast. Beds were old. No housekeeping. Was charges extra $200 for my pet when I received a confirmation from booking.com telling me there wasn’t a charge for my dog.

Breakfast had hard bagels and wasn’t stocked with hot food. Housekeeping came one day out of four and didn’t change our sheets.
