Such a homey feel it was sad to leave but planning for our next trip and will absolutely stay at this house many times in the future. From the family gathering time to our kicking back to relax this house was perfect. All the personal touches and the Jaarsma bakery box truly felt like coming home.

We had an excellent time in Pella (first time here) and Deb's home was wonderful! Everything was as described and it was extremely clean and comfortable. Deb and her husband couldn't have been nicer or more thoughtful (including delicious treats upon arrival)! Highly recommend!

Deb is an amazing host. Super quick to respond. Offered many suggestins for dining options and things to do in the area. As well as, there were tons of extra amenities that were offerend in the home that I've not see offered by other rentals. Overall, our time there was awesome and we'd definitely come back again.

This stay exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The furniture was nice and comfy. They provided a lot of complimentary "extras" (coffee, creamer, tea, toiletries, etc.) for us to enjoy, as well as delicious fresh pastries from the local bakery! Deb was very good with communication and stopped by to give us some restaurant recommendations and make sure we had everything we needed. She also found a forgotten item and offered to mail back. I will definitely book here for my next Pella trip!

This adorable 3 bedroom ranch was perfect for our shopping weekend in Pella. The house is homey, cozy and decorated nicely. Every amenity that one could think of was there is you needed it. The movie selection was amazing. The original hardwood floors are immaculate.

Stay was perfect. Everything you needed for 6 adults and 2 children including snacks, baked goods from downtown bakery, toys, etc. very convenient to parks and easy walk to downtown. Debbie even borrowed a third pack and play for us to use at another house. Highly recommend!!!!

We stay every year to celebrate our mother's birthday, this year she is 92. Great location, beautiful property and all the things you could need or ask for are available! The backyard is perfect for our three- and six-year-olds to explore. The three-year-old remembered exactly where the fun toys were stored and immediately headed to them upon our arrival. Thanks to Deb and Dan for a great accommodation and stay.

This is our second stay at this VRBO in Pella, Iowa. It is totally amazing. It could not be any cleaner! It has everything you would ever want supplied to you. The owner provides lovely pastries, Keurig coffee pods, and even a nice bottle of wine. The kitchen is supplied with anything you could possibly need to cook whatever you want. We love this place and we love the owner. Would recommend it to everyone.

Great sisters weekend
This house was perfect for our sisters weekend getaway. The house was spotless on our arrival and check in was as easy as could be. Delicious fresh pastries were in the kitchen when we arrived. We wanted for nothing and visiting grandkids even had toys and books to play with. Communication with Deb was prompt and she she gave us great suggestions on how to enjoy our time there. We recommend Deb and her house highly and would enjoy spending time here again.

Home away from home VRBO
This place had everything you needed and even things you didn’t know You needed. The home could not have been any cleaner. We enjoyed watching two movies from the copious amount of DVDs offered. The kitchen was fully equipped for any cooking you would want to do. The owner went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely go back to this VRBO. A wonderful home base for our visit to Pella
We had a wonderful time in this home. Deb was fantastic. She left lots of local baked goods for us and had tons of fun toys and activities for the kids to do. The size and layout of the house was just right for our family. The house was clean and stocked very well with linens, kitchen supplies, and other helpful items. Everything we needed. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Girls get away
My two best friends and I had a nice girls weekend planned in Pella where we went to college. One of my friends had not been back to Pella since we graduated 21 years ago! The house was perfect for the three of us! We each had our own room, loved the “extras” that Debbie provided (pastries, bottled water, K Cups and creamer, toiletries we may have forgotten, etc.). We enjoyed our coffee each morning on the deck. It is in a great location in Pella - close to so much and easy to find when coming into town from any direction. We have already reserved the house again for another stay in October!

Wedding Stay
Deb met us at the property and gave us a tour and instructions. She had gone to the bakery and bought yummy pastries for breakfast and put bottled water for us in the fridge. Her hospitality was above and beyond and the house was perfect. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Deb was easy to work with and so welcoming! We were 3 generations celebrating an 80th birthday. The house was convenient to all of Pella's Tulip Time festivities and in a friendly neighborhood. Loved our stay, thanks so much Deb!
